Casona Lara Lodge, Distillery & Fields («Casona Lara») is the data controller responsible for the personal data you provide to us through www.casonalara.pe, our reservation channels, WhatsApp, and other contact channels.
Personal Data We Collect
- Reservation data, through our booking engine (Amenitiz): first and last name, ID document or passport, nationality, email address, phone number, and payment data (the latter is processed directly by Amenitiz’s payment gateway; Casona Lara does not store card numbers).
- WhatsApp contact data: phone number, name, and conversation content.
- Website contact form data: name, email address, and message.
- Browsing data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and cookies used by Google Analytics or other analytics tools.
- Guest registration at check-in: identity document, as required by the Regulations for Lodging Establishments in the tourism sector — this obligation exists independently of the website.
Purpose of Processing
- Manage reservations and the contractual lodging relationship.
- Respond to inquiries and provide guest support via WhatsApp, contact form, or email.
- Send commercial communications (promotions, news) — only if you have given your express consent.
- Comply with legal and tax obligations before SUNAT, MINCETUR, and other competent authorities.
- Improve the website experience through analytics tools.
Consent
Completing the forms on our website and checking the acceptance box constitutes free, prior, express, informed, and unambiguous consent for the processing of your data. The User is not required to provide their data; however, failure to do so may make it impossible to deliver certain services or products through the website.
Retention Period
We retain your personal data for as long as the contractual relationship lasts and, subsequently, for the periods required by Peruvian tax and accounting regulations, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

- Amenitiz — reservation and payment management platform.
- WhatsApp / Meta Platforms — for guest support messaging.
- Competent authorities, when required by Peruvian regulations.
We do not carry out international transfers of personal data without the guarantees required by Law No. 29733.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, and data portability at any time by sending a request to reservas@casonalara.pe, attaching a copy of your identity document.
Information Security
Casona Lara implements reasonable technical, organizational, and legal measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. In the event of a security breach affecting your data, we will notify the competent authority within the timeframes established by applicable regulations.
Supervisory Authority
If you believe your rights as a data subject have been violated, you may file a complaint with the National Authority for Personal Data Protection (ANPDP), an agency under Peru’s Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
