Early Check In and Late Check Out have an additional cost of 100% of the published rate.

Additional person: 70.00 soles, no right to an extra bed, breakfast included.

The standard rooms feature: a Queen bed in the Standard Double room and a full-size bed in the Double/TWIN room (with duvets and hypoallergenic blankets), cable TV, WIFI, safety deposit box, and private bathroom.

All Standard Double rooms can also function as single rooms.

The Junior Suite rooms with Balcony feature: views of the snow-capped mountains, a King size bed (with duvets and hypoallergenic blankets), cable TV, WIFI, safety deposit box, mini bar, and private bathroom (shower with small tub).

Room Distribution:

  • 08 standard multifunctional rooms (03 Double/TWIN, 05 Standard Double/DWB)
  • 02 Junior Suite rooms with Balcony

  • AQARÁ Bar (open from 17:00, open to the general public). Food and beverages.

Early Check In: For advance reservations, 100% of the published rate will be paid, making the room available before the standard hotel check-in time (14:00).

Late Check Out: For advance reservations, 100% of the published rate will be paid, making the room available after the standard hotel check-out time (10:00), until 22:00 that same day.

Reservations are made by bank deposit to the following account:

Reservation Terms and Refund Schedule:

All reservations are considered confirmed once the full reservation amount (100%) has been paid.

Prepayment deadline: 45 days before Check In; otherwise the reservation will move to the waiting list.

Cancellations made after prepayment will be refunded according to our schedule.

Cancellation Penalty Schedule for Groups and/or FITs:

  • Up to 30 days before: 50% of the first night.
  • Up to 15 days before: charge for the first night.
  • Less than 7 days before: no refund of the entire reservation or payment made.
  • Last-minute reservations: no refund of the payment made.

Note: The establishment is not responsible for strikes and/or road blockades. Payments already made will not be refunded, but will be considered as credit toward future reservations. (Maximum limit: 30 calendar days.)
